Below are the minutes from the special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Whitesville Public Library held via Zoom on Friday, April 4, 2020 at 1:00 pm.

Budget Meeting Minutes, April 3, 2020
This virtual meeting was called to order at 1:04 PM with Karen Smith, Joanna Clark, Sue Ellison,
Kristi Garis and Kerry West in attendance.
The board met to reconsider the 2020 budget, in light of the economic impact of COVID-19, and
unanimously decided not to ask for an additional $7500 over last year’s budget of $52267, as
originally requested. Kerry motioned to accept and Kristi seconded the motion.
The board agreed to take the $7500 from the library’s playground fund and to postpone that
project indefinitely. Kerry motioned to accept and Kristi seconded the motion.
At 1:22 PM Sue motioned to adjourn and Kristi Seconded the motion.
